Large section of garden with sun and shade – yours to make your own

We have a large section of garden behind our office which is currently only used to hang washing out! There are a number of small apple trees and a silver birch, and a shed with some handy garden equipment you are free to use, but otherwise it's a blank canvas and would be open to you making it your own, especially growing wild flowers and veg.
